We provide FREE email support to all users. Purchasing the full edition allows you to use the full edition of the software. You do not pay for support.
Support Conditions
- Our support team usually replies to most emails within an hour, but please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
- We only do email support (see below why)
- We only support the latest version of ROBOTILL. UpgradingĀ to the latest version is free.
- If you prefer telephone support, on-site support, or someone to connect to your computer remotely to assist, you can contact one of our resellers that will be able to assist you for a fee.
- Direct access to the database or using third-party programs to access the database is not allowed. If you do so, we will not provide support for any issues arising from this.
- Our customers are very important to us, and we strive to provide prompt and excellent support. Likewise, our support team is also valuable to us. We will not tolerate any abusive or rude emails and will discontinue support to such customers. In such cases, support will be limited to licensing matters only, and for other issues, users will be referred to the online help without providing detailed links to specific problems.
Why only email support?
ROBOTILL offers a comprehensive online help system and YouTube training videos that are continuously updated and improved. Most replies from our support team will include a link directing you to the relevant section in the online help or a training video that addresses your issue. By providing email support only, we can maintain a smaller support team, which keeps our overhead low and allows us to offer the license at the lowest possible price and continue to give free support.
