We give FREE email support. When you purchase the full edition, you pay to use the full edition of the software. You do not pay for support.
Our support team usually replies to most emails within an hour, but please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
ROBOTILL has a comprehensive online help and youtube training videos that they are continually updating and improving. Most replies you will receive from our support team will be a link taking you directly to the right place in the online help you need to be or a link to the training video that will help you with your problem.
If you require a higher level of online support or even on-site support, you can contact one of our resellers.
Resellers that require remote support
As a reseller, you will be able to charge your customers for remote support. When you are unable to resolve an issue, you can contact a reseller with a higher rating (more experience) to assist you. You will see how the issue is resolved, so that you will be able to resolve the issue yourself next time without needing to pay another reseller for their service.
