How ROBOTILL Licensing Works
ROBOTILL licences are issued per POS computer (till point). If you have three tills, you will need three licences.
POS Licence
- One licence is required for each POS computer.
- Includes full access to Retail, Restaurant, Booking, and Back Office modules.
- Includes registration of one (1) additional Back Office computer at no extra cost.
The additional Back Office computer must be linked to the licensed POS computer and cannot be used as a separate POS terminal.
Head Office Licence
An additional licence is required if you want to manage multiple branches in different physical locations using the Head Office functionality .
Licence Term
- Licences are valid for either 12 or 24 months.
- The licence becomes active upon registration.
- A new or renewed licence is required once the term expires.
